Our High Pressure Laminate Surfaces are made with 1.125" thick solid particle board. Both the top and bottom are pressed with HPL. We utilize 3mm edge banding around the entire perimeter of the surface.
Machine screws that screw into the threaded inserts are included with Apex two leg, Apex Pro, and Peak Pro frames.
Wood screws that can be used on the pre-drilled pilot holes are included with Peak two leg frames.
These tops are handmade (with help of machines) in Michigan. The bottom of the surface is the handling side. Blemishes/marks are to be expected on the bottom of the surface.
