DeskHaus Return Policy

TEMPORARY 20% Cancellation Policy is in place. 

Should you wish to cancel your order only 80% will be refunded. 

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order within the first 30 days of receiving your product please reach out to us at hello@desk.haus and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once you receive your RMA simply return the product to us in like-new condition in the original packaging and we will gladly accept it for a return or exchange. Please make sure to include your order number in your shipment. 

Returns must be approved and be accompanied by a valid RMA confirmation from Deskhaus. any returns not accompanied by an RMA will be returned to the customer at shipper's expense. International customers in addition to being responsible for the return shipping cost are also responsible for all duties, customs fees and taxes on returned items. 

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items to Deskhaus when outside of the continental 48 states or their order ships via freight. When returning items please provide tracking number of return shipment to hello@desk.haus.

Our wood products are handcrafted in the USA from natural hardwood. Wood variation is to be expected, each piece of wood has a unique texture, grain pattern and color. Wood grain dissatisfaction is not a valid reason for an exchange. 

 All marked-down and sale items are final sale. Final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, credited, or refunded.
