DeskHaus Refund Policy
Cancellations:
Orders with Solid Wood have a 20% cancellation fee.
Price Adjustments/Updates:
As Deskhaus grows we are constantly looking at ways to reduce our product costs. Due to this, we can not refund price differences as our costs today were not our costs 3 days ago. We understand this can be frustrating but please know that the delta is not going in our pocket. It was used at that moment in time to get what was needed for your order.
Returns & Exchanges:
If you are not satisfied with your order within the first 30 days of receiving your product please reach out to us at hello@desk.haus and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once you receive your RMA simply return the product to us in like-new condition in the original packaging and we will gladly accept it for a return or exchange. Please make sure to include your order number in your shipment.
Returns must be approved and be accompanied by a valid RMA confirmation from Deskhaus. Any returns not accompanied by an RMA will be returned to the customer at shipper's expense. International customers in addition to being responsible for the return shipping cost are also responsible for all duties, customs fees and taxes on returned items.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items to Deskhaus when outside of the continuous 48 states or if their order ships via freight. When returning items please provide tracking number of return shipment to hello@desk.haus.

RMA’s must be complete within 14 days of request.
Our wood products are handcrafted in the USA from natural hardwood. Wood variation is to be expected, each piece of wood has a unique texture, grain pattern and color. Wood grain dissatisfaction is not a valid reason for an exchange.
All marked-down and sale items are final sale. Final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, credited, or refunded.
