Deskhaus Shipping Policy

All lead times are measured in business days. This is Monday to Friday not including federal holidays. We may ship sooner but this is our general time frame for shipping. Days Deskhaus is closed do not count towards lead time (ie holidays).

We offer free shipping within the contiguous 48 states. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will require a freight forwarder. International orders will require a freight forwarder. 

If an item ships via freight delivery, this will be a curbside dropoff. See below for more info on curbside deliveries.

LTL Curbside Delivery

Because of the size and weight of some products/orders, we sometimes ship via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight with a liftgate. The carrier will lower your order to the curb in front of your home or business — no in-home delivery, unpacking, or assembly is included.

What to Expect with Curbside Delivery

• The carrier calls to schedule a delivery window.
• Someone 18+ must be present to sign for the shipment.
• The driver lowers the pallet to the curb using the liftgate.
  
• Standard transit is typically 5–10 business days after it ships.

Orders with 2+ bases may ship via freight.

All solid wood tops ship via freight.

Grand Haven and Grand Rapids desks always ship via freight.

Freight shipments often get scheduled for delivery prior to them arriving at the destination terminal. We recommend checking the day of delivery for any delays.
